Appointments

We will always endeavour to give you an appointment at a time convenient for you and same day appointments can usually be accommodated.

We also have both male and female therapists available and always give at least 45 minutes per session to ensure a thorough assessment and treatment.

Our charges are detailed below:

                 Assessment and Treatment (45mins) £36

                 Follow-Up Treatment (45mins) £36

                 Home Visits £55

                 Sports Massage (45mins) £32

                 Pilates Sessions (6 x 1 Hour) £42
               Pilates one to one reformer session (1 hour)  £40
               Pilates one to one reformer session (1/2 hour) £25

Payment is required at the time of consultation and can be made via debit/credit card, cash or cheque.

We are recognised by all major insurers such as BUPA, AXA, Aviva and Simply Health.
