This is the form of Yoga most familiar with the west, it is the mainstay of the majority of Yoga classes in the U.K.


Hatha Yoga involves physical posture work and breathing control. It focuses on simple poses that flow at a very comfortable pace. This class will suit people of all ages and fitness, being low impact and low intensity.
