What we treat

Physiotherapy is a science-based healthcare profession which views human movement as central to health and well being. It is one of the best-proven approaches to treatment of the joints, muscles, tendons, nerves, ligaments and fascia. It plays a vital part in pain relief
and healing, and can help restore joint mobility, muscle flexibility, strength and coordination, as well as core stability after injury or disease.

At Bury Physio we aim to identify and correct movement abnormalities allowing the affected tissues to repair in a balanced and appropriate way, as the real art in quality physiotherapy is in finding the lack of synchronicity that has predisposed to the pain in the first place.

As qualified Chartered Physiotherapists we use a wide range of skills including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to treat a wide variety of problems, some of which can be found here. This is only an example of the more common conditions we treat. Should you have any questions regarding specific conditions or symptoms not listed here please contact us.
